The Cowboys and Dak Prescott have yet to agree on a contract extension, but Dallas adjusted his current contract.
Prescott was due a $5 million roster bonus Monday but Dallas converted it into a signing bonus, saving them $4 million in salary cap space, according to Field Yates of ESPN.
The move added two void years on the end of Prescott's current contract, which includes a cap hit of $55.4 million in 2024.
