DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys received devastating news following their 24-6 Sunday win over the Detroit Lions, with defensive back Jourdan Lewis set to miss the remainder of the season with a foot injury.
And now, the Cowboys have made a move to fill that hole, signing former Texans and Falcons defensive back Kendall Sheffield to their practice squad.
Sheffield, was originally a fourth round pick of the Falcons in 2019, and was recently released from the Texans earlier this month.
In 38 games with the Falcons, Sheffield has 101 tackles and two forced fumbles.
