In response to those losses, the Cowboys have acquired a new pass rusher, signing edge rusher K.J. Henry from the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad to a two-year deal on Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.
Last season, Henry was with the Washington Commanders, notching 1.5 sacks and 19 tackles in 10 games.
In a corresponding move, the Cowboys have sent Lawrence to injured reserve, meaning that he will be out for at least the next four weeks.
Lawrence suffered a Lisfranc injury on Thursday and could miss up to eight weeks.
