Dallas Cowboys to host two open practices at The Star in Frisco

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys will give fans an opportunity to see the team live in action when they return to North Texas for the second portion of training camp.

The Cowboys will permit fans to attend two practices on Aug. 27 and 28 at The Star in Frisco. All practices are free to attend. The practice schedule is as follows:

All times are listed in CDT, unless otherwise noted. Practice times subject to change. Admission and parking are free and open to the public. Entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tues. Aug. 27 - Cowboys Night        

Tostitos Championship Plaza Opens to Fans (4:00 p.m.)

Ford Center doors open (5:00 p.m.)

First Frisco Open Practice (6:00 – 7:00pm)

Wed. Aug. 28 - Season Kickoff Ceremony                 

Tostitos Championship Plaza Opens to Fans (4:00 p.m.)

Ford Center doors open (5:00 p.m.)

Season Kickoff Ceremony (5:40 p.m.)

Second Frisco Open Practice (6:00 – 7:00pm)

The Training Camp schedule in Frisco will kick off with Cowboys Night on Tuesday, August 27th at 4:00 p.m. outside on Tostitos Championship Plaza with a live DJ and host, mascot Rowdy, interactive games, giveaways and more. Doors to Ford Center will open to the public starting at 5:00 p.m. in advance of open practice from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Cowboys Night will be broadcast live from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on TXA 21 and will be hosted by Bill Jones and Isaiah Stanback with additional segments featuring all the writers from DallasCowboys.com including Nick Eatman, Nick Harris, Kyle Youmans, Patrik Walker and Mickey Spagnola. The GBag Nation will also be live on 105.3 The Fan with analysis of Tuesday and Wednesday's practices

The Season Kickoff Ceremony and a second open practice will take place on Wednesday, August 28th. The ceremony will take place at 5:40 p.m. and will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones before the 6:00 p.m. hour-long open practice session. Doors to the Season Kickoff Ceremony open at 5:00.

Both Dallas Cowboys Training Camp practices are free and open to the public.
