DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys will have a new-look offensive line on Sunday vs. the Kansas City Chiefs according to Cowboys owner Jerry Jones during his visit with 105.3 The Fan on Friday morning.
And new-look will come along the interior, where Connor McGovern will be inserted in place of Connor Williams at left guard, who has struggled in recent weeks.

Jones did not just confirm that McGovern will be starting, however, but was also emphatic on his confidence in the move.
He has had a frankly great fall, and he has really impressed. He has certainly impressed his teammates and coaches, and this is a great opportunity for him," Jones told K&C Masterpiece. "He will really, I think, the way he is playing, I think it says it all. I don't know when I can remember anybody as an offensive lineman getting the attention he's gotten as a lead blocker coming out of a special formation in the backfield.
"He's doing it not just with bulk, but he's doing it with feet and he's doing it with athletic ability. All of that is just intriguing when you think about him when he gets down in a regular offensive line position. I think he'll do well. He's earned it."
Jones did admit that McGovern could experience some growing pains at the left guard spot, as he has spent the vast majority of his playing career at right guard in both college and in the pros.
However, that did not deter Jones' enthusiasm.
"I think he's basically earned it," Jones said. "The issue with him is playing left guard. he has really sold the staff and sold the team on what he can do at right guard. So he's doing two things. He's not only going to have that role, but he's doing it at left guard. "
After the McGovern discussion, Jones also indicated that, while the Cowboys are happy with the progress Tyron Smith as made at left tackle, he will be a game-time decision for Sunday.
