DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Cowboys appear to be getting some good news ahead of their season opener Sunday night in Inglewood, Calif.
Team owner Jerry Jones says he expects starting safety Xavier Woods to be available against the Rams despite an ankle injury that has kept him out of practice in more than a week.
"Everything's on go. It would really be a surprise if he didn't get out there Sunday night. I think he got a good checkup yesterday and he should be moving around out there this week in a good way," Jones said on Shan and RJ on 105.3 The Fan.
