Jerry Jones speaks on taking Booker at No. 12, Day 2 plans

Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said the team had 12 players in the 2025 NFL Draft class with first-round grades, and the Cowboys just so happened to have the No. 12 overall pick.

Dallas used that pick on Alabama guard Tyler Booker to replace perennial All-Pro guard Zack Martin, who retired after 11 seasons in March.

Jones, EVP Stephen Jones, coach Brian Schottenheimer and vice president of player personnel Will McClay took questions from reporters about the decision to take Bookers, their plans for the rest of the draft, and much more.
