DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys had some positive movement on the injury front on Wednesday, with multiple key players returning to practice ahead of their Sunday matchup with the Arizona Cardinals.
Chief among those players returning to practice, is left tackle Tyler Smith, who missed the first two games of the season with hamstring issue.
Also back in the lineup for Dallas on Wednesday was wide receiver Brandin Cooks, who was dealing with a knee issue and safety Donovan Wilson, who had a calf injury.
Like Smith, Wilson has yet to play in the regular season for Dallas.
In some not so positive moves, however, starting right guard Zack Martin was not on the practice field, and is dealing with an ankle issue he suffered in the team's win over the Jets on Sunday.
Safety Jayron Kearse also missed practice Wednesday with an illness.
