NFL Network's Tom Pelissero was the first to report the news.
The deal includes a $21.25 million signing bonus and can be worth up to $104 million with incentives.
Diggs will earn an average of $19.4 million per season, tying him for the fifth-highest-paid cornerback in the NFL with the Saints' Marshon Lattimore. Only Green Bay's Jaire Alexander ($21m), Cleveland's Denzel Ward ($20.1m), Miami's Jalen Ramsey ($20m) and Baltimore's Marlon Humphrey ($19.5m) earn more per season, according to OvertheCap.

Diggs becomes the first of several young Cowboys stars to sign an extension this year. Dallas hopes to come to terms on new deals with CeeDee Lamb, Terence Steele and Dak Prescott.
The 24-year-old Diggs has established himself as one of the top corners in the NFL throughout his first three seasons. He has 17 career interceptions, was named an All-Pro in 2021, and made the Pro Bowl in 2021 and 2022.
