DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Looking for a veteran quarterback to replace the recently departed Andy Dalton, the Dallas Cowboys will host former Green Bay Packers back up, Brett Hundley, per a report from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
In Green Bay, Hundley served as the backup to Aaron Rodgers under now-Dallas head coach Mike McCarthy for three seasons, appearing in 15 games and completing 194 of 326 passes for 1,853 yards and nine touchdowns, with 13 interceptions.
Green Bay was forced to move to Hundley full time during the 2017 season after Rodgers suffered a broken collar bone in an October matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.
Following that season, the Packers traded Hundley to the Seattle Seahawks for a sixth round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Hundley did not see game action during his one season with the Seahawks.
Upon his exit from Seattle, Hundley signed a 1-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals, where he served as the back up to Kyler Murray.
