Stephen Jones 'Absolutely' Wants More Up-Tempo Offense From The Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys pulled off one of their most improbable wins in team history on Sunday, coming back from 19 points down to defeat the Atlanta Falcons 40-39.

While there were plenty of mistakes offensively, one thing in particular stood out to most viewers -- When the Cowboys go up-tempo, they are very difficult to contain.

It's a notion that many who follow the Cowboys have been pushing since the days of Jason Garrett, and after Sunday's miraculous comeback, 105.3 The Fan's K&C Masterpiece asked Cowboys COO Stephen Jones if he could see that kind of tempo being a regular thing with the offense.

"Absolutely," Jones to K&C Masterpiece. "I think you look at every game and you learn about your team. I think certainly we did a great job of that up-tempo game. Really I think got the Falcons on their heels between our run game and our pass game, and I think we did a lot of good things. So when we sit in our meetings after these games you can certainly see where our coaches are seeing the things that we did really well, and then you certainly learn quite a bit about the things that we've got to do better, and learn more about your personnel and what they do well and what they don't do as well. So certainly you look at something like that and you try to get better."
