To tank or not to tank? Cowboys fans split on getting higher draft pick

The Dallas Cowboys were 10.5-point underdogs for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders but came away a win to improve their record to 4-7 with six games remaining in the season.

The win sparked controversy amongst fans who want Dallas to continue winning despite having a 5 percent chance of making the playoffs and those who want the team to lose to get a better draft selection. After Sunday's win, the Cowboys moved from the No. 9 overall pick to the No. 11 overall pick in the draft order.

In a poll asking fans that very question, just over 53 percent said they wanted Dallas to lose vs. the nearly 47 percent who were rooting for the Cowboys to beat Washington.
