What needs to be accomplished for the Dak Prescott deal to be a successful?

The Dak Prescott contract extension we waited all offseason for was completed right before the Cowboys beat the Browns on Sunday. Now that it's finished, what does Dak need to do during the lifetime of this deal for it to be considered a success?
