DALLAS - (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Mavericks made another key addition to their coaching staff on Thursday, when they hired Kristi Toliver as an assistant coach.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski was first to report the hire.
A two-time WNBA champion and three-time WNBA All-Star with the Los Angeles Sparks and Washington Mystics, Toliver has spent 11 years playing in the WNBA and spent a number of seasons playing in Russia, Hungary, and Israel.
Toliver has also spent parts of two separate seasons as part of the Washington Wizards coaching staff, where she gained substantial knowledge of the NBA game.
