Starting Monday, fans sitting farther than 15 feet from the court no longer have to submit proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. Fans also no longer need to submit a health survey.

Dallas County health guidelines still require all fans to wear a mask, and NBA guidelines still require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for fans sitting within 15 feet of the court.

Fans can see if their seats are within 15 feet of the court at Mavs.com/CheckList. Fans still required to submit paperwork can do so at MavsCheckIn.com.

The Mavericks say team executives re-evaluated the protocols after meeting with public health officials.

Owner Mark Cuban had previously said looser protocols would stay in place as long as the average case count in Dallas County stayed below 500. Friday, Dallas County reported 398 confirmed and probable cases and a seven day average of 216 cases among county residents, down from 250 cases a day the week before.
