Danny Green on Mavs optimism being down 0-2: 'There's a lot of basketball left'

The Mavericks might be down 0-2 in the NBA Finals, but former three-time NBA champion Danny Green says all hope is not lost.

Green joined the K&C Masterpiece on Monday and discussed why he would be optimistic if he were the Mavericks, with the series shifting back to Dallas for Games 3 and 4.

Green reflected on the 2019 Eastern Conference Finals when he was a member of the Toronto Raptors. In that series, the Milwaukee Bucks beat Green's Raptors in Games 1 and 2 at home before Toronto rattled off four straight wins to advance to the Finals, which they ultimately won.

Green also pointed to Boston's struggles on the road against a short-handed Indiana Pacers team in the Eastern Conference Finals, Dallas' role players missing open shots, and more as reasons why the Mavs can get back in the series.
