DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has responded to the shocking story that dropped on 'The Athletic' Monday morning.
"Total bulls***," Cuban tweeted in response to the story Tim Cato published on Twitter.
Total bullshit https://t.co/vBpYcZTTkI

Cuban later added more context, saying the story is an "opinion" article and that he didn't speak to Cato or Sam Amick until after the story was posted and "conveyed the facts" at that point.
💯💯💯which is why the writer didn’t reach out to me till just before the opinion piece was published. And I never spoke to him till after it was posted i conveyed the facts to him then https://t.co/56lMBelEGV

The article centers around a growing rift between Mavs' all-star guard Luka Doncic and former gambler and now Mavs director of quantitative research and development, Haralabos Voulgaris.
When asked to respond to the story, Voulgaris told 105.3 The Fan's Mike Fisher that "I didn't hear what was said, and "there's definitely no drama on my end."
Fish is set to speak with Cuban to get more insight on the situation, so stay tuned.
