Mavericks and Lakers fans targeted Dallas general manager Nico Harrison throughout the game when one of the teams was shooting free throws, loudly chanting 'Fire Nico!'
RJ Choppy and Bobby Belt opened Thursday's show by discussing everything that went down at the American Airlines Center, including the anger directed at Harrison.
"Last night ended Nico Harrison's career. He wasn't going to stay here long," Belt said. "This is the kind of thing that, nationally, it's such a public embarrassment, everything that happened last night. ... I'd be surprised if [he resigned today], but I would not be stunned if it's right after the season. You've become a public embarrassment. And last night was just a bright light shown upon it.
"That coward. The way he stands in the tunnel and just looks on at every game after pulling the trigger on probably the most devastating, single event that's occurred for Dallas sports fans."
