Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison said plans 1A and 1B this offseason were to re-sign Derrick Jones Jr. Those plans were washed away on night 1 of NBA free agency when Dallas signed former New Orleans Pelicans forward Naji Marshall to a three-year, $27 million deal while Jones Jr. committed to the LA Clippers on a three-year pact worth $30 million.
Marshal averaged 7.1 points per game on career-high shooting percentages of 46.3 percent from the field and 38.7 from three-point range.
The K&C Masterpiece reacted to the Marshall signing on Monday's show.
