Spits & Suds: Seguin's OT goal gives Stars 2-1 series lead
Dallas wins their second straight in overtime against Colorado. Tyler Seguin scored the game winner to give Dallas a 2-1 series lead against the Colorado Avalanche. Host Gavin Spittle recaps the game. He talks about the return of Gabriel Landeskog and how great that is for the game of hockey for him to come back after a three-year absence. Gavin discusses the penalty that was called on Rantanen, which led to the Avalanche goal.
Gavin credits the Stars for their massive penalty kill. Colorado went 0-6 on the power play in this game. While it’s great they went 0-for, the Stars can’t commit that many penalties against this juggernaut offense. Mikko Rantanen made a massive play that led to the game-winning goal. Gavin defends Rantanen as people have been giving him a hard time on Twitter. He reads lots of tweets from listeners to wrap.
