It was bound to happen eventually, the Stars lose for the first time this season in a 3-2 final to the Washington Capitals. Host Gavin Spittle and David Castillo from D Magazine talk about the loss. David says at least Dallas isn’t the Colorado Avalanche who are off to a horrendous start to the season. David says the Stars are in cruise control to begin the season as they just haven’t looked great to begin the season. The power play is struggling and Gavin wants to see a change because it looks the same as last year’s power play. The guys get into the Jake Oettinger contract extension and discuss if they think Roope Hintz can be an elite Cup winning center in the NHL.
