DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Stars have agreed to a three-year, $9.45 million deal with center Roope Hintz, the club announced Monday.
The new deal with keep Hintz in Dallas through the 2022-23 season. He'll earn an average of $3.15 million per year, general manager Jim Nill said.
Hintz, 23, had a career-high 19 goals and a career-best 14 assists in 60 games played last season.
The former 2015 second-round pick had two goals and 11 assists in 25 playoff games.
