A basketball fan was reportedly ejected from Monday's Lakers-Cavaliers game in Cleveland for inappropriate heckling aimed at superstar LeBron James and others.

The spectator was tossed from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse during Monday night's matchup for holding up homemade t-shirts with lewd comments about James and his family, according to police, TMZ reported.

The 49-year-old man was reported by several Cavaliers players and employees, including general manager Koby Altman, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.

When confronted about his language and the crass shirts -- two of which apparently read "LeBron is a racist" and "Le Blow Job" -- the fan became belligerent and put his hands on an officer, the police report said.

The man reportedly told officers to "go f--- yourself" repeatedly, and was escorted out of the facility without being arrested despite "several more minutes of struggling near the exits," per TMZ.

LeBron, apparently unfazed by the jeering -- or perhaps inspired by it -- poured in a season-high 46 points in his return to his home state.

James acknowledged after the game that a different antagonist -- a Cavaliers executive -- had spurred him to take his game to another level after LeBron saw the exec celebrating a missed shot in the second half.

"I felt like he was just a little bit too excited about seeing me miss," James said. "He was really excited about me missing that shot. A little bit more extra than I would have liked. But he's got to root for his team, obviously. And he was, he showcased that.

"So I knew I had another quarter, and the fourth quarter's my favorite."

James, a native of Akron, may have hurt some feelings in his home state when he famously took his talents to South Beach, but it seemed all was forgiven when he returned for a second stint in Cleveland, which included an NBA title in 2016.
