DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber is set to miss up to two weeks of action, due to the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocols, per multiple reports on Sunday morning.

Kleber played 24 minutes in the Mavs 112-98 win over the Orlando Magic on Saturday night, scoring five points and grabbing three rebounds on 1-5 shooting.

Kleber is the fourth Mavericks player to enter the health and safety protocols in the last week, after wings Josh Richardson and Dorian Finney-Smith, and guard Jalen Brunson entered the protocol on Friday.

Richardson, Finney-Smith and Brunson remain in quarantine in Denver, while Kleber started self isolation in Dallas on Sunday morning.

As a result, the Mavericks have shut down their practice facility while contact tracing takes place to help determine any further issues.
