The Steelers have a large following in Mexico, so Spanish speaking fans were likely excited that ESPN Deportes was able to pull running back Najee Harris in for a quick interview.

John Sutcliffe began to talk to Harris in Spanish before finishing off the question with, “just describe the win.”

That’s when Harris took over, taking the mic and doing his best to communicate with his Spanish fans.

“Hey, el mundo, el mundo, El Chapo,” said Harris. That basically translates to “The world, the world, shorty.” El Chapo is also the name of infamous Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman.

Harris goes on to say it was “a good win” before expressing his gratitude for the Mexican fans.

“We got hella Mexican fans though, so shout out to y’all I want to come to Mexico and I want to you know have a little fiesta I guess,”

Sutcliffe goes to ask Harris another question before announcing, “I can say some more stuff” in Spanish.

He struggles to find more words until Sutcliffe suggests Feliz Navidad (Merry Christmas).

They sing that and Harris also goes off on another song.
You have to listen.
