Everyone believes that Monday night will be Ben Roethlisberger’s final home game, and that includes Ben himself.

During his weekly news conference on Thursday, Roethlisberger said that while he “doesn’t speak in definitely or guarantees” “I would say that all signs are pointing to this could be it.”
While it isn’t an official announcement, it is another big indication that 2021 will be his final season. It’s also the first time he’s hinted at hanging it up publicly.
“My focus is winning this game, this is, if it is indeed my last regular season game there, it’s going to be one of the most important games of my career,” said Roethlisberger. “I have been so blessed to play in front of the best fans in all of sports, the best venue and what better way to have a last regular season potential game than Monday Night Football against a divisional opponent.”
Roethlisberger’s family traveled to Kansas City to watch him last Sunday. Something that they have never done before.
Also the emotion that Roethlisberger showed in Cleveland after beating the Browns earlier this season gave another clue that he knows this is it.
While this is likely it for the "old cowboy" he says his focus is making the playoffs and winning a Super Bowl.
The Steelers play the Browns on Monday and then wrap up the regular season against the Ravens on January 9 in Baltimore.
