DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Astros manager Dusty Baker is catching heat after he recently called out baseball fans over their treatment of his team so far in 2021.
MLB fans are finally getting their opportunity to boo the Astros after the trash can cheating scandal rocked the baseball world prior to the shortened 2020 season. Fortunately for the Astros, fans were not allowed in stadiums last year to express their displeasure. But that's not the case in 2021, as clubs are allowing some fans to attend games this season.
"It's sad to me," Baker said after acknowledging that his team had made mistakes. "People make mistakes. We paid for ours, and I wish they'd leave it alone."
Sorry, Dusty. Your team shouldn't get off the hook that easy.
