Polarizing sports personality Skip Bayless has reportedly agreed to a new deal that will keep him at FS1.

Andrew Marchand of The New York Post reports that Bayless has signed a four-year/$32 million deal to remain at FOX. The network was able to fend off Bayless' previous employer, ESPN, who Marchand says had interest in reuniting him with Stephen A. Smith in some capacity.

Bayless left ESPN's First Take in June of 2016, eventually becoming a daily takesman on FS1's Undisputed with Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe.

Bayless, now 69, could take on an expanded role with FOX with this new contract. In addition to remaining on Undisputed, Marchand says that Bayless could end up hosting an afternoon show on the network as well.

Over the past two decades, Bayless has made some fans and lost others with strong opinions on LeBron James, Floyd Mayweather and Tim Tebow, among others.
