The city of Cleburne has worked hard over the years to preserve its history.

The first thing you'll notice is the county courthouse, and a bustling downtown square surrounding the building.

Just a few blocks north, a pair of museums stand proudly, ready to tell the story of the region.

The Layland Museum used to be the Carnegie Library. In the beautiful space, visitors learn about life and history in the area.

The Cleburne Railroad Museum opened next door in 2016, to preserve the rich history of the railroad in the city.

Cleburne's minor league baseball team honors that tradition, as the team is nicknamed the "Railroaders" and their stadium is called "The Depot."
