After Gold Glove win, Gallo hopes to have permanent home in right field

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Fresh off his first career Rawlings Gold Glove win, Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo joined the K&C Masterpiece on Wednesday to talk about the award, staying in right field, and much more.

Gallo has moved all over the diamond thus far in his career. He's played first base, third base and in the outfield. But it seems like he's settled in on his spot in right field. Now that he's won this award, does he feel like he's found a permanent home in right?

"I would hope so. I think (in) right field I can continue to be elite out there for a long, long time," Gallo said on 105.3 The Fan. "Like I said, I have that prototypical right field build, where I can throw, I can move well, I'm a power guy. Hopefully they continue to stick me out there now."
