Texas Rangers games will be broadcasted by Bally Sports Southwest next season, the club and Diamond Sports Group announced in a press release Monday.

"With today’s ruling, the Texas Rangers and Diamond Sports have officially finalized their linear broadcast rights deal for the 2024 season. We are happy to have an agreement in place and look forward to partnering with Bally Sports Southwest for what should be a very exciting year for our club. At the same time, we will continue to work for ways to enhance and expand how our fans will be able to view Texas Rangers baseball in the future.”

Rangers games can still be heard on 105.3 The Fan (KRLD-FM) and the Audacy app in 2024. Earlier this year, the Rangers and Audacy announced an extension to their broadcast agreement to keep 105.3 The Fan as the club's flagship station through 2027.

With the Rangers and Bally Sports Southwest's broadcasting agreement for the 2024 season officially complete, the television network announced the broadcast team for the season, including 105.3 The Fan's Mike Bacsik Jr. and Jared Sandler.

Dave Raymond will return for his eighth season as lead TV play-by-play voice, while Sandler will do play-by-play for select television games in 2024. Sandler will remain part of the club's radio broadcast team alongside Eric Nadel and Matt Hicks on 105.3 The Fan.

A trio of former Rangers players, including Bacsik Jr., outfielder David Murphy, and catcher Dave Valle will split in-game analyst duties for the majority of the broadcasts. Emily Jones and Lesley McCaslin will return as in-game reporters.

Bacsik and Sandler spoke about the announcement on the K&C Masterpiece on Monday.

"Radio is still my home but I'm excited to get to do a few (TV) games this year," Sandler said. "Hopefully, I get to do a couple games with Mikey (Bacsik)."

Bascik filled in as a color analyst for the Rangers' series against the Washington Nationals last season and couldn't be more excited to get an opportunity to be a bigger part of his favorite childhood team's broadcast plans

"I am pumped up. This is a dream come true. I can't believe, in a way, I'm going to get to do about a third of the games," Bascik said.
