Is this version of Ezequiel Duran really who he is?

Rangers infielder/outfielder Ezequiel Duran has broken out in his second season, hitting around .300 and hitting for power regularly. Is this the player he'll be for his career? Or should the Rangers sell high on him to acquire pitching?
