Rangers fans, you're doing your part to get your favorite players to Seattle for the Midsummer Classic.

Major League Baseball released the first voting totals for the 2023 All-Star Game Monday and the Rangers are well represented at the top of the polls for each position.

Marcus Semien, who is having an MVP-calibar season a little more than a third of the way through the campaign, has a commanding lead in the race to be the American League's starting second baseman. Semien has 707,712 votes, nearly 345,000 more than Astros second baseman Jose Altuve, who is in second place.

Rookie third baseman Josh Jung is in a dead-heat with Blue Jays third baseman Matt Chapman in the first voting returns. Less than 5,000 votes (474,322 vs. 470,836) separate the two players, with Chapman currently in the lead.

Catcher Jonah Heim and shortstop Corey Seager are also in second place at their respective positions, but fans have some work to do to help them close the gap. Heim is about 140,000 votes behind Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman, while Seager is nearly 400,000 votes behind Jays superstar Bo Bichette.

Outfielder Adolis Garcia, who is sixth among American League outfielders with a little more than 300,000 votes, is behind Aaron Judge (Yankees), Mike Trout (Angels), Jordan Alvarez (Astros), Randy Arozarena (Rays) and Kevin Kiermaier (Blue Jays).

The top two vote-getters at each position and top six outfielders, will advance to the second phase of voting. The first round of voting ends on June 22.
