Thanks to a four-game losing streak and three straight wins by the Pirates, Texas is just one game behind Pittsburgh for the worst record in baseball.
The reward for having the worst record this season is Vanderbilt pitcher Kumar Rocker. Rocker is a 6-foot-4, 255-pound right-hander with a power fastball and slider.
Should Texas not finish with the worst record in MLB, they'll have the option of selecting Vanderbilt's other star pitcher, Jack Leiter, who is seen as the second best player in the draft.
