Cole Winn, the club's top pitching prospect, and Cole Ragans, one of the club's former top pitching prospects before back to back Tommy John procedures temporarily derailed his development, have been named to the American League Futures Game roster.

Winn, The club's top pick in the 2018 draft, has been dazzling at Double-A Frisco this season. The 21-year-old is 2-3 with a 2.27 ERA and a 0.78 WHIP, to go along with 49 punch-outs in nine starts.

Meanwhile, Ragans has also been impressive with the Rangers High-A affiliate in Hickory. The former 30th overall pick in the 2016 draft is 0-2 with a 3.22 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP, to go along with 46 strikeouts in eight starts.

The Futures Game will take place at 2p on July 11 and will be televised on MLB Network.
