An arrest warrant has been issued for Buffalo Bills pass rusher and DeSoto High School alum Von Miller, who is suspected of domestic violence in Dallas, Dallas police confirmed to 1080 KRLD.

The story was first reported by WFAA Thursday morning.

Sources say that Miller's pregnant girlfriend accused him of assaulting her at their home after the two had a verbal argument on Wednesday morning.

Police said that Miller left the scene before officers arrived. The alleged victim was not taken to a hospital and was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Miller has not been arrested as of Thursday. The warrant for a charge of assaulting a pregnant person is a third-degree felony in the state of Texas.

The Bills are currently on their bye week and not playing. In 2021, Miller was under investigation by the Parker, Colo., police department, but the 18th Judicial District declined to move forward with the charges against Miller. Details surrounding the investigation were not disclosed by authorities and remained on the Broncos for that upcoming season.

The Bills in a statement said from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero: “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
