With the success of the Ravens has come outside opportunities for John Harbaugh's coaching staff.
After Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman and Defensive Coordinator Wink Martindale were considered for head coaching opportunities, Quarterbacks Coach James Urban and Tight Ends Coach Bobby Engram were candidates for the Eagles vacant OC position.
Harbaugh told reporters he granted permission for both Urban and Engram to interview, but they've pulled out and will return to the Ravens' coaching staff in 2020.
As of now, that means the Ravens will be retaining their entire coaching staff. The consistency is huge, especially on the offensive side of the ball with Lamar Jackson heading into his third season.
For one reason or another, Joe Flacco never really has consistency with the coaching staff. Hires and fires made for a lot of moving parts.
Urban especially has been integral in Jackson's development since joining Baltimore's staff in 2018.
Jackson will be the league MVP when NFL Honors are announced this season and the coaching staff that led him to it will all be back.
That's really, really good news.
