Phil Simms joined Inside Access with Jason LaCanfora and Ken Weinman and gave his assessment of this year's QB draft class. Simms is very high on Joe Burrow, but no so much on Tua Tagovailoa. Simms said that he would take Justin Herbert over Tua.
