Trey Mancini joined Inside Access with Jason LaCanfora and Ken Weinman and is upbeat about his battle with Stage III colon cancer. Mancini explained that he was a little more tired during Spring Training and that prompted the Orioles to have him undergo testing. Mancini just completed his second round of chemotherapy, but is still trying to be active.
