The Rays and Orioles are in the middle of a three game series as Tampa Bay currently has the best win percentage in the major leagues. The Rays radio play by play broadcaster Andy Freed joined Scott & Jeremy today to talk about Tampa's early success.
Andy talked about how the Rays faced the challenge of trying to compete in the AL East while also being a small market team. He mentioned the growth of their farm system, Blake Snell's development into a Cy Young winner, the Rays trade with the Pirates this offseason which appears to be one-sided and he also expressed his concerns for the Rays middle releivers.
