Nate Karns joined Vinny and Haynie earlier to talk about transitioning to the Orioles. This marks Karn's fifth different organization that he has played for since making his MLB debut in 2013. Karns has not played since the 2017 season due to undergoing surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome and experiencing right elbow inflammation.
