Ross Tucker joined Vinny and Haynie earlier and sounded off on the Browns as they are experiencing a rough start to their season. Tucker agreed with Rex Ryan's assessment of Baker Mayfield as he is struggling to regain his form from his rookie season. Tucker also believes Kitchens is in over his head with play calling duties in addition to being a head coach.
