Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the NFL, Troy Vincent joined Vinny and Haynie earlier to clear up the new pass interference rules. Vincent said the NFL wants to avoid reofficiating the play. He also said chicken fighting is not considered clear and obvious errors.
Vincent also addressed the increase in holding penalties called during the Preseason. He expects the number of holding penalties to decrease when the regular season begins. Vincent also compared joint practices to Preseason games.
