Lamar Jackson Leads All Players in Pro Bowl Votes

BALTIMORE -- In his second season in the NFL, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson leads all players in Pro Bowl votes.  

Jackson has received several NFL honors.  He has been the AFC Offensive Player of the Week three times (Week 1, Week 9, and Week 10).  He was the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week in Week 1 and Week 10.  He was Also the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week in Week 6.    

 Jackson leads with 146,171 votes with Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes in second with 116,325 votes.  Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (115,370), running back Dalvin Cook (106,167), and Christian McCaffrey (100,218) all earned top five in votes.  

Tackle Orlando Brown Jr., Guard Marshal Yanda, fullback Patrick Ricard, kicker Justin Tucker, and corner back Marcus Peters are all AFC leaders in each of their positions.

For the game, players are determined by the voting of the fans, players, and coaches.  Each group's vote counts one-third toward the 88 All-Star players who will be selected. Voting started for the Pro Bowl on Wednesday, November 13.   Fans can continue to vote until December 12.  The NFL players and coaches will cast their votes on Friday, December 13.   The rosters will be announced on Tuesday, December 17.
