During our recent talk with CHVRCHES, singer Lauren Mayberry and keyboardist Martin Doherty discussed some of the ways we can all work together to bring about more awareness to the mental health of ourselves and others around us.

“I guess when it comes to trying to have meaningful conversations about this stuff, I think it's hard to be vulnerable in that way,” says CHVRCHES singer Lauren Mayberry, “but I guess the more that we do it, the more awareness there will be about it for yourself personally and for what other people are experiencing.”
Mayberry adds, “I have to remind myself of that a lot when someone's being a real insert word here you can't say, but then I'm like, 'oh yeah, It's true what they say,' that everyone is going through their own journey, their own battles, their own struggles -- and I think trying to be aware of that does make a difference to a degree.”
