It's crystal clear who Ray Didinger believes the Eagles should pray falls to No. 21, and that's Alabama WR Henry Ruggs.

"On the left side where the pros are, it's all the way down to the bottom line," Didinger told DeCamara and Ritchie on Wednesday about his draft notes on Ruggs. "I don't have a single entry on the other side. I do not have a single negative."

In fact, Ruggs is the first-ever WR draft prospect that The Godfather does not have a single con for in his famous yellow notepad.

"Not a receiver," Didinger said when asked if there has ever been a WR prospect with no cons. "The only other one that I can remember where my sheet looked like that, where there was all pros on one side and no cons on the other side, was Andrew Luck."

Didinger provided a glimspe into what his notes say about Ruggs.

"Compared to Tyreek Hill, but with better hands," Didinger said of Ruggs. "The next line I say, Steve Smith toughness. This guy has 4.27 speed and the toughness of Steve Smith. To me, guys like that don't last to (pick) 21."

Another WR that the Eagles have been linked to in the first-round is LSU's Justin Jefferson. Jefferson, Didinger says, is not nearly as versatile as Ruggs.

"To me, for the Eagles, he's the guy," Didinger said of Ruggs. "If you worked him out, you saw how really versatile he is. To me, (Justin) Jefferson really isn't a versatile player. I think he's got to play the slot to be affective."

Ruggs, a 5'11", 188-pound WR, caught 40 balls for 746 yards and seven touchdowns last season at Bama. His 4.27 speed is the fastest in the draft.

In the latest RADIO.COM Sports NFL Mock Draft, Ruggs is taken by the defending NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers with the No. 13 overall pick.
