Brad Ciolek who’s the Supervisor of Domestic Scouting Operations for the Orioles joined Inside Access to talk about how he’s been preparing for the draft.

Brad joined Jason and Ken to talk about the differences between scouting last year and this year, what prospects he may have his eye on and what he thinks of the prospects at the shortstop position. Brad told the guys that the fact that they are able to go see some of these prospects play in person makes this draft experience much better. Brad also mentioned that the fact that this year’s draft has 20 rounds compared to last year’s 5 rounds also makes this draft seem much more normal.
