Thursday was a big day in the NBA. Not only did the league hold it's 75th annual draft, but a blockbuster trade went down that could have far reaching impacts for the entire league. The Wizards sent Russell Westbrook to the Lakers, in return for Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrel, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and the 22nd pick in the draft. Westbrook will join Lebron James and Anthony Davis in the City of Angels, creating yet another 'Big 3' for Lebron, but some are wondering if this is actually a good move for LA. Westbrook and Lebron are both aging and Davis has trouble staying healthy. Can the trade be enough to get LA back to the Finals in a strong Western Conference?
The Undefeated's Jerry Bemby doesn't think so. Jerry joined the Big Bad Morning Show on Friday morning to share his feelings on the Westbrook-to-LA trade, as well as last night's Draft. This year's draft class didn't have a lot of star power but where will the stars come from? And it wouldn't be a segment with Jerry Bembry unless we talk about the Knicks. Jerry and Ed get into what the Knicks could do during the offseason after a successful 2020-21 season.
