Marcus Smart's honesty cost him some money.

After the Celtics' 119-112 loss to the Bucks, Smart accused officials of trying to keep Giannis Antetokounmpo in the game when he had five fouls for an extended time in the fourth quarter, including overturning a charge call with 1:30 remaining.

“Quite frankly I think we all know what that was about: Giannis’ sixth foul and they didn’t want to get him out,” Smart said. “Let’s just call that spade a spade and that’s what it is.”

On Saturday, the NBA fined Smart $15,000 for the comments.

The Celtics will return to the court Sunday afternoon against the Blazers.
