It's been a busy four weeks for Mark Turgeon and the Maryland Men's Basketball program, as coach signed an extension, the team brought in some highly touted transfers, and hired former NBA All-star and Wake Forest Head Coach Danny Manning as an assistant. Maryland is coming off of a season where they defied expectations, making it to the second round of the NCAA Tourney. Maryland seems to be reloading at the right time and with the addition of Manning to the coaching staff, along with Turgeon securing a new deal, the future seems bright.
